We were referred to Ember by a friend who was really impressed with her. She was efficient, friendly, and a seasoned professional. Within a phone call she was able to tell us how we could save. We had a fair amount of equity but wanted to save in months payments. We are seniors on a fixed income. We were able to do everything by internet never leaving our home. We are closing tomorrow at our home less than a month from application! We are saving several hundred dollars per month and are getting enough payoff to get rid of every bill we have. Could not be more impressed with Ember and in Rocket Mortgage in general.
