This was the first time using Rocket Mortgage and it was surprisingly easy and how home lending should work. Sam helped answer my questions and was very responsive. Plan on using for my future loans and have recommended Rocket Mortgage already to a few people.

Chris did a great job helping us finish the process, after our previous representative left the company in the middle of our refinancing process. If we had questions or concerns that he could not address, he would seek to connect us with a supervisor who could address the issue. Thanks again for all your help and assistance with this process. Rob & I are grateful for the savings!
