After 2 1/2 months of dealing with another mortgage company, we were fed up. They were asking for the same documents over and over, etc. We had a pre-approval and were told we would have no problems as it was a very "clean" loan. Fed up with the shenanigans, I called Rocket Mortgage. I was fortunate enough to have Isaac answer the phone. Michael went out of his way to help me getting refinanced, kept me updated what was going on and what I had to do next. On Rocket Mortgage end they worked fast, but it was my bank that was a very slow process. He understood what I went thru in my past divorce with bills etc.
