My wife and I are first time home buyers. We found a beautiful condo for sale and wanted to make an offer. However, in order to do that we needed to get pre-qualified for a mortgage loan. Not only did he make time to call me over the weekend, but he also answered any questions that I had as well as walked me through each step needed in order to get pre-qualified.
