AARON WAS A COMPLETE JOY TO WORK WITH RIGHT FROM THE START. HE WAS VERY REASSURRING FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. IT WAS ANNOYING TO WORK WITH DIFFERENT TEAM MEMBERS WHO WOULD SEEM TO "GET BACK WITH ME". WHEN CERTAIN TEAM MEMBERS DID GET BACK WITH ME, IT WAS LIKE A TYPICAL STANDARD RESPONSE FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE, BUT THE SAME ANSWER OVER AND OVER, NO MATTER WHAT DEPARTMENT I TALKED TO.

IN FRUSTRATION, I ALWAYS TURNED TO AARON AND SAID, "LOOK, I WORK FOR A TITLE COMPANY I KNOW WHAT THOSE PEOPLES ANSWERS REALLY MEAN AND WHERE THEY GET THEM FROM, I HONESTLY DO GET THAT! BUT PLEASE GIVE ME A SOLID ANSWER, BECAUSE I KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT WAITING FOR SOMETHING FROM THE TITLE COMPANY (FOR EXAMPLE) I JUST SENT THAT YESTERDAY!"

AARON TRULY HAD A HANDS ON APPROACH AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE WITH HIS ANSWERS IN A TIMELY FASHION. AND IF HE COULDN'T ANSWER MY QUESTION FOR WHATEVER REASON, HE VERY POLITELY ASKED THAT I GIVE HIM A LITTLE TIME TO RESEARCH IT AND GET BACK TO ME. WHICH HE DID DO.

AARON WORKED VERY PRFESSIONALLY WITH GREAT COMPANSSION AND COMMITMENT, Rocket Mortgage SHOULD BE SO LUCKY TO HAVE A VALUED EMPLOYEE LIKE AARON.Read MoreRead Less

Tala was a very professional and communicative loan expert who constantly stayed in touch with us with every step of the loan process. We did not experience any problems but if we did not respond to a step of the process immediately she would politely notify us that we had an email in our mail awaiting our action, which was a great help when you are busy. During our loan process, it seemed like the process began to be "sluggish". It seemed several people were calling us and asking us to submit additional paperwork, paperwork that had already been submitted previously.

It seemed several people were calling us and asking us to submit additional paperwork, paperwork that had already been submitted previously.

We made a call to our original contact person at Rocket Mortgage. Luke answered the phone indicating that he would be handling our loan. We told him what was happening, and he immediately fixed the problems. Within a couple of days, our loan was finally ready to close.
