Keeping a close watch on mortgage rates drop to an all time historic low, I contacted Rocket Mortgage to inquire about a reduced rate, and reduced term Refinance loan. Once his checklist list was completed I was introduced to Kristin as his close team member, but Cass explained any questions could also come to him as well.
