I could not have asked for a better experience!!! Lucas was a great person to work with. The first time we talked, I was on the phone for 15 minutes and had a pre-approval letter sitting in my inbox when we hung up. Lucas and his team are some of the most hard working individuals I ever had the pleasure of working with. We were traveling from Maine to Penn. I was reading my e-mail in the car. I opened a Rocket Mortgage add and started to read about refinancing and how QUICK an easy it was to apply.
Minutes later my phone rang. It was Ember calling to see if we were considering a mortgage refinance.

and sincere. We have dealt with mortgages and banks 6 times in our lifetime, NONE compare to the efficiency and expertise of Ember (the voice with a smile)and the Rocket Mortgage team.
