I was very nervous about using Rocket Mortgage and really any mortgage company online but I am glad I went ahead and did it. From my first online chat with Bob I felt he was very informative and helpful. The process was very easy and he walked me through it step by step. Even though there was a ton of paper work in getting a loan in todays world, Kristina made the job easier. She was always quick to respond and help in any way she could. I had been preapproved by other mortgage companies, but when we finally found the right house, Kristina was the first to respond with everything I asked for.
