I appreciate not only Sandra but other individuals at Rocket Mortgage who have made refinancing bearable. This is the 3rd time we've used this firm to refinance and each time the process seems to get easier. If I could change the name of this firm from Rocket Mortgage, I would change it to quick and easy, because that's exactly what it is. Amraa is a wonderful person to work with. She is careful and kind and never makes you feel pressured to do things. She always seems to have my best interests in mind. She is not so much a sales person as a real friend. It was a pleasure to work with her!

Oneal was outstanding. He was excited to speak with me or my wife, and he was excited to be the best at what he does. We put him to the test to have our closing pushed up a week and he came through in a big way. I am very grateful for Oneals hard work and long hours he puts in to be available after hours, and taking such ownership in his job. I would highly recommend others to work with Oneal ...Oneal was outstanding. He was excited to speak with me or my wife, and he was excited to be the best at what he does. I appreciate Anna's willingness to get my re-finance done in such a short time. It was a pleasure talking to her about her family and mine, both large by the way, and any questions I had throughout the process whether they be easy or difficult. She helped me understand clearly the steps it would take towards closing.
