Initially pat did a great job handling my refinance, then there where some mistakes made. Verbally pat and i we went over the numbers and what I was asking for, pat said he could make that happen. Then the papper work came through and there were some discrepancies from what we had talked about. I informed Pat, he apologized for the mistake and said he would take care of it. Then the papper work came through and there were some discrepancies from what we had talked about. I informed Pat, he apologized for the mistake and said he would take care of it. The mistake was never corrected fully and I felt like there was a lack of communication on pats part and the rocket team! Also when the refinance was completed and the paperwork was signed I was told I wouldn't have a mortgage payment for the month of February but they took a payment anyway. I called about that mistake and was told because I have Auto pay that was the reason for the mistake. Who doesn't have auto pay? Anyway they said they would issue a check for that month . Waiting to see if that happens or if I'll have to call in and make it happen.. In the end it got done. But it was very unenjoyable and I am very dissatisfied with the communication.Read MoreRead Less
