I received a call from Rocket Mortgage advising they could provide better terms on my existing loan which could lower my payment. I was connected to Daniel Ponce. Daniel advised a lower interest rate was available which could lower my obligation. Daniel provide a loan which would include rolling my 2nd mortgage into my Rocket Mortgage mortgage with a lower interest rate and lower payment.
