The time he spent working with us, which included over time of his work day to thoroughly explain every detail numerous times until we felt comfortable, went beyond my expectations. Something that really stuck out to me was that even though he worked with my husband the majority of the time to start, he put in the same effort to talk to me and include me in the process. He followed through on everything he said, and he was the reason we switched lenders literally in the last hours that it was possible after we made an offer on a home. Jason and his colleagues have been Great to work with! By far this has been the smoothest and seem less process I've ever dealt with. Jason has been there every step of the way and made sure his days out were covered by his co-workers. I'm amazed and truly delighted we chose Rocket Mortgage! I will recommend Rocket Mortgage to everyone! Jason rocked it! Thanks to each one of you!

Jason is a real pleasure to work with. Without the support from him and his team, I would not have closed. Thanks for all your help and most importantly, thank you for not changing the amount you told me I would need to close! Best of luck with the new baby.
