This is my 2nd mortgage refinance with Rocket Mortgage. I returned to them again because I had such a great experience with them several years ago. I was not disappointed. My first line contact was Kevin Bell. Refinancing is definitely not something one would want to go through on a daily basis or even a yearly basis. And, yet on the other end of refinancing is Kevin Bell who does this every day, all day long. Yet again, he treats you as if you are the first and only customer of the day even though he deals with many other customers a day. He is really on your side and tells things as they are. I would recommend him again and again. Very professional, knowledgeable and honest.
