Tito was friendly and very proficient. I've been in the financial world since 1996. Most of my duties were mortgages and consumer loans. Tito knew immediately I had a background within a couple of minutes and he treated me accordingly. Still doing a proper disclosure, as required by law, but he didn't patronize me either. Highly recommend him for a raise!!!
