She goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and you understand each step in the process. No question was ever insignificant and either she or someone on her team were always there to make us feel as though our loan was a top priority. We refinanced before and never got the attention and support that Tala and her team provided. She is smart, caring and generous with her time. She has superior knowledge as a refi loan expert and I would be honored to give her name to friends and family who want to refinance. I definitely feel as though we made a lifelong friend. A huge thanks to Rocket Mortgage for hiring her she undeniably put the serve back in customer service. Thank you Tala for a fantastic experience you were truly a blessing in our lives.Read MoreRead Less

When my husband and I decided to refinance, we didn't hesitate to contact Rocket Mortgage. Frank was our mortgage banker and his expertise in handling our needs and guiding us through the process made our refinance quick and smooth. We recommend him.

Jill Patel called me originally to help me get a better rate on my mortgage through Rocket Mortgage and I almost said no--I did not want to have to deal with the whole refinance process as I had with other mortgage banks/companies.
