We are so grateful to have had you as our loan officer. Thank you so very much, without you we wouldn't be in our beautiful home. Our credit was far from being good and you helped us get things on track so we would qualify, in an extremely short period of time! You even contacted me every week to see how things were going and to see if there was any assistance you could give. I was amazed at how fast we received our pre approval letter. We were fortunate enough to find a house within a couple of days. I contacted you the next day, you got the ball rolling and we were told shortly after, that the loan would close in approximately forty five days, I thought you were crazy. Throughout the process, there were a few hiccups, but you were in constant contact and all was resolved in a matter if a few hours or a couple of days. Finally we closed and guess what, it was forty five days! Bless your heart, you always called us back, within a reasonable time, to answer my questions or calm my anxieties and were always kind and patient. Josh, we would and have recommended Rocket Mortgage and especially you, to friends and others who inquired who we got our loan through. Again, we cannot thank you enough!
