Olivia was wonderful to work with! I have been involved with other mortgage purchases with Rocket Mortgage and it was not a good experience; poor communication and extensions, but, not with Olivia! Alex was extremely helpful and creative in helping me refinance a house to find funds to remodel. It was complicated because the house is a family rental and didn't qualify for a regular loan. Lots of assets but my monthly income was a problem. It took a lot of finessing to make everything work. I ended up with a better loan and a better interest rate. Thank you Alex! He was very fast about getting me all the documents I needed to do a cash out refi-loan. Frank is very knowledgeable about what was needed and the best way to secure the loan to meet my needs. I would work with Frank any time from Rocket Mortgage. I think he is the best resource you can get ahold of and I look for to continuing to work with him in the future. Nick did an excellent job explaining the process and searching for a competitive rate. His portion of the process seemed a little rushed considering how long it took Rocket Mortgage to close on the loan, but I attribute that more to his efficiency than to a desire to move onto the next client. I would definitely seek out his assistance going forward.
