My wife, family and I recently relocated from Minnesota to Michigan through my company. First of all, I had Rocket Mortgage as my Broker while in Minnesota. They had discounts and processes in place to work efficiently with a previous customer as well as the approval from Lexicon Relocation group as a supplier. All of our benefits were immediately applied to the closing process. Adam in particular was very flexible to work with. He was available by phone nearly every time we called and returned messages when we left them. Follow up is key when you are in a world of unkowns!

My best example of his assistance was on a Sunday evening when we found a home to place an offer on. The market in Michigan, much like many other market, was a Sellers market at this time. Homes were going fast in the April through August months in 2016 and were commanding multiple offers. Adam was on the spot that evening with our Loan Approval document and we were able to secure the the bid on the home. That home appraised at a much lower amount than the price we offered (the sellers listing price). Adam worked very well with my Realtor and the Listing Agent, needless to say, the seller would not reduce their price and we lost the house. Adam continued to support our efforts to buy a home on three more occasions and finally we nailed one. I have to say that he was on the spot with every purchase agreement attempt and he had his team lined up to pick up the ball at every turn of the process. I strongly recommend working with Adam at Rocket Mortgage as he definitely will work for you!

She did an excellent job overall. I realized at one point that my loan was not the best deal as compared to two friends that were refinancing with other lenders. I called Rana up and she was able to get the loan to almost exactly the same as that of my friends. She was always professional on the phone and knew what she was doing and is very qualified to preform her job.
