Graham was very easy to work with and knowledgable. He called me almost every day to ensure things were going smoothly. He put up with my phone tag and also redid my pre approval several times due to change of mind. I appreciate all his hard work and would work with him again.

My mortgage had reached a point where I could save money by refinancing to remove the monthly PMI payments. Not only did I save by having those payments removed, but my interest rate decreased and the term of my loan was decreased by around 16 months. Thanks Alex for looking out for me.

Josh was a huge help in getting us through our loan process. I first spoke with him about our loan the end of May and in 30 days we were at the closing table. Thanks Josh!

Because of another Banking situation, I could move forward with my plans. I was however, so impressed that when I again wanted to investigate refinancing I called and asked for Cass and for me that is saying a lot. I am still working on the other bank situation, however, I have his number sitting with my loan information and Cass will be getting another call. Molly LaytonRead MoreRead Less
