Derek has done a wonderful job steering me and my wife in the right direction to refinance our home. He got us a great rate and is an exceptionally polite and patient man. It was nothing short of a pleasure to have Derek work with us on this loan.

Never have I been more impressed and blessed by a professional. Lucas was with me every step and answered most questions before I even asked. Now I know why the tag line is "Engineered to AMAZE" because that is exactly what he did! He made this whole experience wonderful and easy. Thank you Lucas, I could not have enjoyed this as much without you.

If it hadn't been for Cutter and his very hard work I wouldn't have gotten this loan from Rocket Mortgage. He totally took control and took care of things that were totally mind boggling for me. He was totally helpful all the way through the refinance process. Financing a house has changed so much that many times I got lost but he got me back on track and helped all the way. To be honest, there isn't enough space here to write all the good things I can say about our experience with Brittany. From start to finish she was there every step of the way making sure we were taken care of and making sure the process was smooth and stress free. Obviously, when dealing with ANY type of mortgage it's never stress free, but Brittany made it so much easier. Obviously, when dealing with ANY type of mortgage it's never stress free, but Brittany made it so much easier. Out of all the mortgage people I've ever worked with she came across as the most knowledgable and explained things in a way that even a first time mortgage customer could understand. I honestly feel like we made a new friend; THAT'S how personable she was.
Thank you so much Brittany for all your hard work.
