The solutions that he recommended always served us well. He took the time to fully explain every nuance of the loan process and never rushed through any of our conversations. If we did not understand an aspect, he hung in with us until we got it! He often followed up with a phone call just to check in to see how we were doing and how things were going. We appreciated knowing that we could count on Greg, he was available 24/7 to answer any of our inquiries and always responded immediately. The qualities that he holds are definitely above and beyond the normal work ethic! He upholds high standards for his clients and is most compassionate! We are grateful to have had Greg Soleman as our bank lender representative! We highly recommend his services at Rocket Mortgage!

Alex did a very good job on our loan. He was attentive, he had great follow up and worked hard to get us the best terms. Alex made getting our loan as painless as possible.
