We had got the run around from other lenders, but Mr. Farhat put his words into action. We always felt like we knew exactly where we were in the loan process and we have now closed on the refi loan! Muy mal servicio.
Inicié mi proceso en enero y, para el mes de julio, seguía pendiente sin avances. Me pareció totalmente absurdo lo tardado del trámite. Además, nunca responde llamadas ni mensajes. El proceso fue suspendido en dos ocasiones sin que se me diera ninguna explicación. Intenté comunicarme varias veces para obtener información, pero jamás obtuve respuesta.
