After a few phone calls back and forth, we settled on a loan that would cut years of the time that it would take to pay off, and dropped the rate fantastically, saving me quite a lot of money in the long run. As others have stated, from the moment he began speaking on the phone, Daniel made it clear that he had my best interests in heart. He walked me though all the options, and explained what the mortgage company could and couldn't do. At no time did I feel pressured or forced - just very well informed.
