" Nick was very informative, helpful and professional with my refinance.
I feel the same as Ken Nahigian in the comments section. As soon as i was handed off from Nick i had problems. It became very confusing and frustrating. Several people got involved that seemed to all have different answers and different questions. I received multiple calls about the same thing from two or three different people. As far as Nick--he was excellent but after being handed off from him i was not too happy.Read MoreRead Less

Chuck was always professional and patient, answering any and all questions that I asked which weren't very many since he had anticipated and informed me of anything and everything regarding my step by step processes. Even though there were a couple of hiccups on my end, he was there every step of the way to confirm and assure me that we would get it done, and it did. Thanks Chuck!

I never thought that refinancing my home could be so quick and easy! Jake has been a JOY to work with and has moved so quickly that I can barely keep up! He has been a pleasure to work with, has a great sense of humor and has made the process for me so painless that I still can't believe it! Working with Rocket Mortgage has been such a great experience and Jake has been a major part of that experience. I will certainly refer everyone I know to Rocket Mortgage. Thank you Jake for making this experience so easy and painless! Read MoreRead Less

As a realtor, we're sometimes weary about working with loan officers that are not local or online/virtual but Joe's team proved me wrong! They're on it...they have an amazing team work - from coordinator to closing! It was smooth and they're prompt with communicating! Thanks Joe!!
