I continue to be amazed with the efficiency of the Rocket Mortgage process (just did my third refi with them).

Tara Kareem did a great job for me with the recent refi! From day one, she always responded very quickly - whether it was clarifying exactly what I needed to do/provide - or after getting the appraisal, when I wanted to increase the loan amount, and Tara got an immediate positive response...I continue to be amazed with the efficiency of the Rocket Mortgage process (just did my third refi with them).

The purpose of our engagement was to maximize my HELOC line. Based on the assumed value of $1.3m, you (!) have specified the necessary income level for us to have. We have followed your advise. When the appraiser apprised our house in the range of $1.36m - $1.37m, and I've asked to review/increase the HELOC, instead of assisting us in increasing the line, you have decreased it by $5k down. ...The purpose of our engagement was to maximize my HELOC line. When the appraiser apprised our house in the range of $1.36m - $1.37m, and I've asked to review/increase the HELOC, instead of assisting us in increasing the line, you have decreased it by $5k down. Further, after I faced you with my objections to it, the final HELOC was set even further down, or total by $10k decrease.
