I was able refinance with a VA loan, they required a lot much information and documents. Joseph was there all the way trough the process and was contently in contact with me to explain every step to me.
I am glad that went online one night and checked out Rocket Mortgage and the next morning I received a call from Joseph and asked me a few questions and in minutes I was approved for the VA loan.

I was really worried about calling to refinance a mortgage with a stranger in a strange land over the phone, but Adam was easy to trust, was never pushy in any way, and really wanted to make sure I could get all of my questions answered before moving forward with anything. Corey was a pleasure to work with when refinancing my mortgage. Polite, knowledgeable and professional I honestly can say that he was the best person I worked with when refinancing my mortgage. That says a lot because in my 40 years of owning homes I have purchased four homes and have refinanced my old mortgages twice.
