Alan encouraged me to complete the application process with Rocket Mortgage when I called to inquire. I had received so many rejections in the past from my previous mortgage holders. Alan told me that Rocket Mortgage was far different and far better than the others [ a little biased I thought]. So, I completed the process and sent all documents as requested and everything was actually going quite well... then there was a hiccup in the process , causing a delay...
It is great to know that the delays that occurred in the mortgage process had nothing to do with Rocket Mortgage -- it was all on my end!! Alan called and emailed me to be patient with the process and assured that all would work out well -- and it did.
Alan -- and everyone else at Rocket Mortgage that I encountered were seamless and dedicated to ensuring a successful loan for me. He is professional and the best that I agent that I have ever encountered. Everything fell into place exactly as he said it would. And I ended up with a monthly mortgage that was $800 less than I had been paying for the past 17 years !!
When I refinance or buy another home anywhere -- who do you think I'm gonna call??
