Shane made our refi effortless! I was skeptical of Rocket Mortgage at first but I will not use anyone else again and Shane is the reason. He is extremely professional, knowledgable and approachable. He answered all our questions and patiently guided us through the process (and we needed some hand-holding as our last refi was a nightmare). I will definitely be recommending Shane and Rocket ...Shane made our refi effortless! I was skeptical of Rocket Mortgage at first but I will not use anyone else again and Shane is the reason. Brian was excellent! Knowledgeable, friendly, and immediately addressed all my concerns. I had my specific needs/demands and he was able to get everything I asked for. The process was very smooth; Brian stayed with me on the phone while I filled out all the required online forms, explaining every page and what I was signing; greatly speeding up the process. This was not my first time re-financing ...Brian was excellent! Knowledgeable, friendly, and immediately addressed all my concerns. I had my specific needs/demands and he was able to get everything I asked for.
