Marc was very professional. He made this a very easy experience. I have been putting off a refinance because of all the paper work, not so with Marc. Thank you Marc!!!!!

Peter is an amazing Banker and has helped me with my first purchase and 2 refinances! Anytime his name is mentioned around the UW leaders or around anyone who has worked with him, everyone always has positive things to say, he is an asset to Rocket Mortgage!

Michael was easy to work with from the very first minute that I contacted him. He was always positive and assisted my wife and I in securing our loan. It was the most comfortable experience we have had in securing a loan. Michael is to be commended.

Jacob is most definitely very knowledgeable in his field. I immediately felt confident that I won't get a run around and my account will be handled professionally. I normally put off this kind of stuff as I am not very keen with the regulations but he made it seem like a piece of cake.

Tom was fantastic in every way: he was fast, friendly, knowledgeble, personal and efficient. My best customer service experience by far. Thanks, Tom, for making a situation go from stressful to smooth-sailing. You are great at what you do!
