Having dealt with Rocket Mortgage for our refinance needs in the past, Laura has always been extremely knowledgable about the entire process. This time we were required to provide new and different information for our refinance and Laura was oh so patient and informative with us. She is always able to answer our questions in a timely manner. She basically makes the procedure seem effortless.

This was a smooth process - each person along the way, all on Chris's team, were professional and caring. I've never done such an important transaction online before - I'm an old "handshake" kinda guy. After Chris, and Rocket Mortgage, I'm sold! Thanks!

Super friendly and knowledgeable. Refinancing can be very frustrating and complicated, but Shazain explained everything in such great detail. Hope to work with him again.
