There are many reasons why my recent refinance was done with Rocket Mortgage. Most of them have to do with DeAnna Tonak. She is committed to great customer service, very responsive, and willing to listen. The next time I need a home loan/refi, I will be contacting DeAnna again. I have already recommended her to friends and family.
