I've started gathering information about different companies to show my husband, that way he'll have choices and he'll choose what would be best for us.
After showing him the numbers of 6 different companies, he didn't choose Rocket Mortgage, I've called Cass to let him know of his decision . Cass said let me talk to him, my husband felt so comfortable with him, he change his mind and went with ...I've started gathering information about different companies to show my husband, that way he'll have choices and he'll choose what would be best for us.
After showing him the numbers of 6 different companies, he didn't choose Rocket Mortgage, I've called Cass to let him know of his decision . Cass said let me talk to him, my husband felt so comfortable with him, he change his mind and went with Rocket Mortgage , because of Cass. He is so helpful, and understanding, he was also there to answer whatever questions we had about our loan.
I know he is doing his job, but He is passionate about what he does , and he loves doing it, that's what was different from the other companies a gather information from.
We are just about to close (07-14-2016) , and we are excited about how fast the process was.
My boss recommended Rocket Mortgage, My good luck was having Cass answering my call .
