Michael was great to work with, as well as the rest of his team. While we used Rocket Mortgage for our own personal loan, as a Realtor I would not hesitate to recommend Mike to my clients who need a mortgage.

Ted was great! Ted and I initially communicated via online chat. We discussed my existing loan details and he said my rate was high and thinks he can do better. I was intrigued! My previous loan process with Rocket Mortgage was smooth and quick so figured, let's try it again. I know it's the nature of the industry to sell the loans but I want Rocket Mortgage to service my loan too. Hopefully ...Ted was great! Ted and I initially communicated via online chat. My previous loan process with Rocket Mortgage was smooth and quick so figured, let's try it again. I know it's the nature of the industry to sell the loans but I want Rocket Mortgage to service my loan too. Hopefully my loan will stay with Rocket Mortgage due to their awesome customer service- this makes the stars in my review. Ted provided all the contact info, walked me thru the process and next steps and when I contacted he followed-up with a response. I have read nothing but good reviews about Rocket Mortgage and I have experienced it! Keep up the good work and Thank you for your continued professionalism!Read MoreRead Less

My experience with Richard and Rocket Mortgage was terrific. The whole process was handled professionally and without issues, the staff I had to interact with were courteous and seemed to be very knowledgeable. My loan was closed in a timely manner and Richard was great. Thank you, I also referred my daughter to Rocket Mortgage and she had a very good experience as well.
