Shane got me a competitive rate. But what separated him from other lenders was his getting us out of PMI and passing on savings from an appraisal that came in high enough to get us a lower rate than was quoted.
He was exceptional -- would work with him again and will recommend him to my friends.

We were very apprehensive about refinancing as we had tried to qualify for HARP, and failed before. Chris made this process so smooth, it relieved all of our anxiety. I really enjoyed working with him; he was knowledgeable, and efficient. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Greg was amazing throughout the entire process. Every single time I had a question, I was greeted with a prompt answer (and I asked a lot). I honestly could not have hoped for someone more involved. From day 1 he was helping me get rough numbers for the houses I was looking at, and even once transferred on to the next step in the process, he was still there to assist us with any issues. I can not say I had a single, even remotely, negative experience. I am 100% going to deal with him whenever we go to purchase another home in the future. Read MoreRead Less
