Jill is the BEST. Knowable, pleasant, through and responsive. I've done several mortgages with her (lower rate or shortening the term) every time has been great, I highly recommend Jill if you need to work out a new mortgage package.

Phillip Ducher was very professional. I had a few hiccups and too much time past between my lock in rate and the appraisal. ( I had issues with appraisal and he had to come back twice) The locked in rate changed but we still went ahead. Watch your appraisals and square footage. That is not Phillips doing though. He was pleasant and returned phone calls. Whole process is cool if you like doing ...Phillip Ducher was very professional.
