Lucas helped me on my first loan for a house in Arizona. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional at his job. Lucas always stayed in touch and delivered on what he said and promised. It took 30 days to close, start to finish! Lucas was always friendly and made me feel like I had a friend for a banker!

Peter was extremely thorough explaining all forms needed and why. There were times when I thought he might lose his patience with me, but he stayed very patient throughout the entire process. He checked in with me to see how things were going and this makes a huge difference when someone is buying their first home. I felt more at ease with the process and I definitely would recommend this ...Peter was extremely thorough explaining all forms needed and why. John was great! Very responsive, accessible, and clear on what was needed and where we were in the process from start to close. My thanks to him for a very smooth and painless refinance.
