He fought HARD to get me an aggressive rate, beating or matching other lenders, and having a great rate coupled with Rocket's smooth and easy service, it was a no brainer to use Rocket. If you aren't feeling it with your current agent, give George a try. He was the best, hands down, 10/10, and George is the reason we are coming back to Rocket for our next mortgage. Nick started off Great! Orchestrated an unbeatable deal! Unfortunately, he ghosted us mid process. Just never heard from him again after promising to troubleshoot and follow-up on a major concern we discussed very early in the process.
