Jason was fantastic! We had a couple of unexpected hurdles, Jason was great at every one. He was available, responsive, professional and yet very personal, he exceeded my expectations at each obstacle, one of which had to do with flood insurance and the Government shutdown. I was a “needy” customer and Jason was right there to help, offer his opinion, and work really hard with my best interest...Jason was fantastic! I called Rocket Mortgage to see about getting a Home Equity Loan. To my good fortune, Parker Berkes answered my call. We probably talked over an hour. Not once did he push me to make a decision, he just answered every question I had. He also gave me the advantage for each option. This entire experience was the easiest transaction I have ever experienced. If you need a mortgage and pick anyone but Rocket Mortgage, you will be disappointed.
