Dustin Glasscock
Frank has been exceptional to work with. He is honest and straightforward with his information and quick to respond to any questions. It is very nice to be able to talk to someone when you need it as opposed to dealing with automated phone messages. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage and Frank Ajami for Veterans looking to initiate or refinance a VA mortgage.

I have worked with Eric twice and have been pretty impressed with his patience and cheeriness. Working in the industry, I can read a bit more into what he says. I have never had the impression he was looking out for anything other than my best interest and what I want to do. I also had him work on my dad's refinance, and that seemed to go well too. He is my go-to person and I believe he has a lot ...I have worked with Eric twice and have been pretty impressed with his patience and cheeriness. I entertained the thought of refinancing my home but was very skeptical because I wasn't sure my credit was good enough. I was introduced to Rob and he got right to the point and was in depth as to what he needed to proceed and I qualified for a VA loan which I was very excited about. We moved through the process with ease and closed in about a month. I'm glad I decided to take that step.
