Robert was amazing! He was so very helpful and went way above and beyond to reassure my husband and I with refinancing our home, even staying up late to answer all our questions. He even went above the call of duty and tried to help me fix my printer/scanner over the phone. He was very personable and had a sense of humor that helped make us feel comfortable.
