I want to thank Sean for an excellent experience. Going into the process I was very intimidated, after talking with Sean it was the very opposite. Sean made me feel very comfortable and like I was in control of my own interests. Not only did he make sure I understood how the process was going, he was able to answer all questions regarding my refinance. I highly recommend Sean and Rocket Mortgage ...I want to thank Sean for an excellent experience. Going into the process I was very intimidated, after talking with Sean it was the very opposite. Wingyee went above and beyond in the execution of this refinance. Sincere, friendly, courteous are only a few of the adjectives that I can use to describe our dealings with her. She kept us apprised of the status of the loan from start to finish. I've taken out a few mortgages in my 63+ years and she is hands down the best. Keep it up!!!

Suzy is very responsive and knowledgeable. This is the second home I have purchased with her in the last few years and both experiences were great!

Words can not explain how wonderful Cortni is . We are first time home buyers and we knew nothing about the steps of a mortgage . Cortni was so kind and helpful and calmed our fears and guided us through the loan with ease. She is very quick at responding to any questions we might have had. She made us feel as if we were her only clients even though we knew we weren't. Like I said words can't ...Words can not explain how wonderful Cortni is .
