As soon as I started the loan process my loan company that I had my loan with contacted me and wanted me to refinance with them. Sam helped me through the loan process so it was very easy. He stayed on the phone with me while I filled them out and made the process very easy. Sam needs more than a 5 star in my book. Very nice and professional, he also kept me informed as to how the loan was going and what he thought. Sam added a personal touch that you can not teach, he is a natural and it was a pleasure to work with him. Greg came recommend from my sister who has a lot of home buying experience. I myself have never bought a house and to be honest I didn't think I could. I spoke with Greg and he guided me through the whole process. He was there every step of the way. I even called him on a Saturday night at 8 o'clock and he called me back at 8:10!!! There were a lot of things I didn't understand Greg took the time ...Greg came recommend from my sister who has a lot of home buying experience. The rate he locked in for me was 2+ points lower then I expected and I closed on my home a lot sooner than I thought I could. And even after we closed Greg called me just to see how everything was going. He is an outstanding rep for Qwiken loans. I would absolutely recommend him and Qwiken loans.
