Rocket Mortgage is a phenomenal service-focused company and its entire roster of bankers are great (I've worked with many of them). But I mean it when I say that Tom's in a league of his own. He is easy to work with, will answer your questions at any time of day, knows the details inside and out, and will get you the best solution possible.
