Not finished with the refinancing but John's part went thru without a hitch. Would recommend working with John if you're thinking about going with Rocket Mortgage

Getting or refinancing a mortgage is never a fun process but Robert made it as painless and uncomplicated as it could possibly be. Everything was timely, efficient low-stress. I was very happy with my experience and would recommend Robert to anyone.

Simon was recommended to me by my sister after she worked with him on a re-fi and was really happy with him. My experience working with him has been just as fantastic! He was extremely helpful looking through and understanding my options and figure out the best one for my situation and I'm extremely pleased the with whole experience.

Mr. Ellis is so professional and curtious. He answered and helped me with all my many needs. When he turned me over to another team, he assured me if I ever needed him( which I did) to contact him. When I did reach out to him for assistance he was always there. I will never forget my experience with Mr. Ellis. I will also keep his number locked in my phone in case anyone needs assistance with ...Mr. Ellis is so professional and curtious. He answered and helped me with all my many needs. As somebody who was initially unsure about not only the process of buying a home but also whether I could do it at all James was an invaluable asset in the purchasing of my first home. Any questions I had or info I needed he was able to respond quickly and effectively. James and his team at Rocket Mortgage made the entire process as streamlined and pleasant as I could hope it could be. 5 stars.

I found working with Crystal and her team to be very pleasant. Using the computer as a tool is second nature for me, which I enjoyed. When I spoke with her on the phone, she was always very helpful. My loan closed in a very timely manner. I was completely satisfied with my experience!
