Allen is both knowledgeable about his business but he is also very responsive. One thing that was impressive to me was that Allen makes himself available to his clients 24 X 7. It was very common for Allen to return a call on Saturday that I placed to his office after hours on a Friday night.

Darren Goldsmith at Rocket Mortgage made refinancing my home one of the best decision I had made in years. I had a high mortgage payment and was afraid that I might lose my home. Darren gave me all the numbers up front and was able to bring my payments down by a few hundred dollars. I had an interest rate of almost 9% and he was able to give me a rate of 3.5. You are kept in the loop throughout the whole process, wether online or by telephone, questions were always answered in a timely manner. I appreciated the honest and great professional communication that Darren and the whole refinance team had displayed to ease any fears I may have had during my midnight anxieties, Someone always had an answer.
