Rocket Mortgage is so lucky to be represented by Jenny. She is competent, personable, knowledgeable and extremely patient. If not for Jenny, I would have not considered Rocket Mortgage as a mortgage bank for my loan. I am amazingly surprised by how accessible she is every single time I need something. I can't get over how everything rolled so smoothly. No rushing to hurriedly run through the paper work that was needed. I've never dealt with anyone more attentive in a business like matter in my life, as Joaquin. He took the time to answer any questions I had, to always leading me in the right direction. He deserves a nice Christmas bonus!! :) While your at it, please give him a pay raise because...I can't get over how everything rolled so smoothly.
