Brent and the rest of the Rocket Mortgage team took very good care of me. They answered questions and walked me through every step of the way. Very happy with my refinance.

Dan was super helpful, very friendly, did a great job job and made this a pleasent experience. We were really shocked with how simple this all was -- and that's all thanks to Dan.

Olivia was incredible, timely with emails and answers to questions. Her knowledge of the mortgage loan process and what we needed to do was great. She was so helpful with I felt with us for this entire process.
Mack is very professional, informative, and helpful. He has guided us through the pre-approval stage with ease and answered all our questions. Mack maintains daily contact with us through phone calls and/or email. We would recommend Mack to friends and family if they were interested in obtaining a mortgage.

Kent has been wonderful to work with. He has a "can-do" attitude and alleviates any stress or anxiety involved with the loan processing business. We would totally use him again and have even recommended him to our friends who are using him to purchase a home here in Cali as well. They are loving their experience with him as well.

Our dealings with Oscar were nothing short of exceptional, from response times to questions, advice and just plain friendliness. I enjoyed speaking with him not that I had to that often as everything was pretty easy and ran like a dream. If I'd known it would be this easy I would have done it years ago (we refinanced our home and changed it to both our names). Thanks again Oscar
