Smooth talker, makes things sound soooo easy. He is a salesman and he is good @ sales.... as for the rest of my dealings with ur company it sucked !! Every part of my "experience " !! I wished to hell I had never seen a Rocket Mortgage commercial and that I was pulled n by Ryan Shaw!!!! Mr. Ellis is so professional and curtious. He answered and helped me with all my many needs. When he turned me over to another team, he assured me if I ever needed him( which I did) to contact him. When I did reach out to him for assistance he was always there. I will never forget my experience with Mr. Ellis.
