I can't say enough how wonderful Lisa was throughout our entire process of refinancing our home. She was truly there, every step of the way guiding us. She was always in a good mood, and never once made me feel that I wasn't important. Actually, she made us feel as though we were her only customer. Thank you Lisa!!

Greg was patient and persistent, working with me and my real estate agent to quickly provide a pre-approval in a competitive market and then to have everything completed to move to underwriting. He was informative and answered all my questions.
I would recommend Greg and Rocket Mortgage to friends after this.
