When I called Rocket Mortgage I didn't know what to expect. Right away I was connected to to Cass - my Morgage Banker. He was very polite and very informative. He made me feel at ease about the process. After talking, we made an appointment for him to call me back after I had gathered my documents so he could the process and get started on my refinance package. I was amazed at how smoothly things ...When I called Rocket Mortgage I didn't know what to expect. Right away I was connected to to Cass - my Morgage Banker. He was very polite and very informative. He made me feel at ease about the process. After talking, we made an appointment for him to call me back after I had gathered my documents so he could the process and get started on my refinance package. I was amazed at how smoothly things went. He explained things throughout the entire process. It covered just as much paperwork as the purchase of my home, it was just a more relaxed atmosphere. I received emails from Cass everytime there was a document to review and sign.
I was then introduced to Kelly King - my Client Care Specialist. She was very helpful as well. She walked me through the necessary paperwork and why I needed to submit them. Even though I was working with Kelly Cass continued to call to let me know how things were going and to see if I had any questions.
Then I was told that an appraiser would come out to assess my home. Ralph Tisa of Tisa Appraisers was scheduled to come do the appraisal. He called, introduced himself and confirmed the date and time he was to come. He came, was very polite and explained things every step of the way.
Next was my Closing Care Representative - Ronya Mallard. She called me and reviewed the closing documents and the figures on the mortgage for refinancing. She was very thorough.
Then on 6/10/16 a closing agent came to my home and reviewed all the paperwork, had me sign them and told me that my loan would fund on 6/15/16. Everyone went out of their way to make this a painless process and continued to put my mind at ease.
Throughout this entire process, Cass kept checking in with me even after it funded, he asked if I had any questions. I was very amazed when he called on Sunday afternoon 6/19/16 to see if there were any issues because he saw that I had logged onto my Rocket Mortgage. That was so very thoughtful of him. Cass and his team of professionals made my refinance go very smoothly and I will refer others to Cass and Rocket Mortgage

We not only discussed the loan but also the NBA championship between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors. I was well aware that Rocket Mortgage Arena was named after Rocket Mortgage CEO Dan Gilbert principal owner of the Cavaliers. This refinance loan is the third or fourth one I have had since we bought our home in 1991. I have to say, beyond a doubt, that this Rocket Mortgage was the smoothest and least costly of the four. I was totally satisfied with the process and wouldn't hesitate to call on Dimitri and Rocket Mortgage again should I ever decide to refinance again.
