Mack is so dedicated! Anytime a mortgage banker answers the phone on a Sunday, that shows endless dedication. Mack will go to the end of the earth for you to make sure the job gets done!

This was a first home purchase and the mortgage process "nightmare" was put to rest. I now can proudly say that I am a homeowner and I can especially thank Dominic. He was prompt, followed up daily with outstanding items that I needed and also gave me early warning signs to be well prepared. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process.

Greg did a great job. He called us back when my husband did not want to give his SSN over the internet. Thank goodness he did otherwise we would not be in our amazing home now. Thank-you so much. He answered all our questions and made our experience with buying a home a good one.

I'm still in the process of getting a loan through Rocket Mortgage and Chuck has been a lot of help, from being fast when needing a pre approval to helping me sort the pile of financial documents that I had to find. I was suprised how well the process has been going even though it has all been done online and over the phone.

Kyle was friendly and personable to work with. He always returned my phone calls quickly and answered every question. He was awesome to work with!

James made the process painless and exciting! Not the horror stories I've always heard about. I had a harder time programing my tv remote!

Kristina was amazing to work with! This was the first time I have purchased a home and I was a bit nervous and unsure. She answered every question that I had in a quick and kind manner, even when some of my questions were a bit redundant. Her warm personality helped sooth some of my nervousness about the process. I would definitely recommend Kristina!
